Job Description:
1. Collect and analyze the customer market, be responsible for the company's product sales and business promotion, formulate sales plans, maintain customer relationships and organize implementation;
2. Responsible for the signing, implementation, tracking, and payment collection of sales contracts;
3. According to customer needs, with the support of the technical department, formulate product plans, fully communicate with customers, and negotiate technical issues of the program;
4. Familiar with the application field of industrial automation, and be able to assist the technical department to formulate plans;
5. Complete the sales indicators such as KPIs and payment collection and other management indicators issued by the company;
6. Continue to explore new market space and expand the scope of sales;
7. Coordinate internal and external resources: coordinate with the company's internal technology, finance and other departments to provide customers with integrated solutions;
8. Collect and feedback market information and customer needs in a timely manner to facilitate market decision-making and product research and development.
Position Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majors in electrical automation and mechanical machinery are preferred;
2. More than three years of sales experience in automation application, familiar with sales management, project management and customer relationship management;
3. Strong communication and communication skills, able to accept frequent short-term business trips;
4. Have certain business development ability, market analysis and judgment ability, and good customer service awareness;
5. Have a good sense of teamwork and ability to work under pressure;
6. Applicants with the ability in German and English are preferred.
